Bangkok, Thailand - New Sign Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian owned Logistics Company with head office in Shah Alam has coordinated the transport of a cargo project containing a heavy pipe for the use of oil and gas under the sea.
The pipeline weights 15 tons and is 25 ft. in length. X2 member New Sign Logistics undertook necessary precautions and planning for the execution of the move from Johor, Malaysia to Luxembourg.
The complex shipment arrived by road via a low loader trailer, completing the transport task from Johor, Malaysia to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Malaysia.
At KLIA, a huge crane was mobilized and a workforce of six people handled the task of positioning the shipment via a chartered aircraft en route for Luxemburg in Western Europe.
New Sign Logistics covered the coordination of the load out from the origin point to the final destination in Europe. The company negotiated and oversaw all the involved charges, the chartering of a suitable vessel, and the entire documentation services. New Sign Logistics arranged the cargo operation and actively tracked the shipment as it arrived in Europe to ensure that the most cost-efficient delivery solution was achieved timely.
