Steder Group B.V, a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for The Netherlands, moved a crane support unit measuring 7,5 meters high, from the production facility in the UK to customer doorstep in The Netherlands.
The UK WWPC partner Denholm Global Logistics handled the UK part on Stedergroup behalf and the unit was loaded into a chartered coaster at Aberdeen.
Under deck shipment was a must, the 3400 DWT coaster was the exact fit and cargo was safely delivered on time at the Dutch customer.
Whats this about?
It is the “uncontained” shipments that draw a lifetime allegiance of purveyors of the business. As one MPV (Multi Purpose Vessel) analyst bluntly said as an aside, “Boxes are boring.”
