Steder Group Gets Propulsion Equipment For Newbuildings from Europe to USA

Steder Group B.v., member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for the Netherlands managed various transports of ships newbuildings propulsion systems from Antwerp and Southampton to Charleston USA by utilizing regular container liner vessels.
From Antwerp Steder received on terms FAS Barge : 2 propulsion motors of 132 ton weight dimensions of 617 x 470 x 531 cms each
Four Generators of 40 ton and 480 x 400 x 330 cms each + 8 colli spares on 2x 40ft flat racks got shipped from Southampton and
from Bremerhaven propulsion equipment on containers including 2x 40ft flat racks with overlength items of 13,75 meters length and 23,8 ton each

Whats this about?
It is the “uncontained” shipments that draw a lifetime allegiance of purveyors of the business. As one MPV (Multi Purpose Vessel) analyst bluntly said as an aside, “Boxes are boring.”
