MOSCOW - Russia’s state pipeline monopoly Transneft resumed loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk on Monday evening after a storm, Igor Dyomin, the company’s spokesman, said on Tuesday. He added that loadings in other Russian ports were on schedule.
