Russian Urals oil exports from Novo seen declining 4% in Sept
MOSCOW - Russia is set to cut its daily Urals crude oil exports from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk by 4 percent in September to 1.94 million tonnes from 2.09 million tonnes planned for August, a preliminary loading schedule showed on Wednesday.
Plans for exports from the Baltic Sea’s ports have not been available yet.
