HOUSTON -  Magellan Midstream Partners LP on Nov. 1 will start up a newly reactivated Oklahoma pipeline to move ultra-light oil to the U.S. crude futures hub in Cushing, a spokesman said on Wednesday. The company reactivated a 135-mile (217 km) section of a crude pipeline to move condensate to Magellan’s Cushing storage facilities from Healdton, Oklahoma in the South Central Oklahoma Oil Province (SCOOP) area of the state, spokesman Bruce Heine said.
