NEW YORK - A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Kongstein (Norway/Germany) and Green Shipping Line (United States). Together the companies will provide a complete offshore wind farm supply solution in the United States which will include consultancy services, a U.S. Jones Act compliant shuttle service as well as development opportunities at several U.S. ports.

Green Shipping Line has designs for U.S.-built feeders which are ready for construction at Moran Iron Works in Onaway, Michigan. These newly-built Jones Act-compliant vessels will offer reliable, economic and frequent transport from American ports to the various states' wind farm installations.
