Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in specialty financing, fleet data analytics, fleet management services, and life cycle cost management, announced today that its Transaction Management Team (TMT) won the Equipment Finance Team of the Year award from The Monitor at the publication’s Converge conference. President and CEO Brian Holland, CPA, CTP, CLFP, was on hand at the ceremony to accept the award and was also recognized as a finalist in the Leader of the Year category alongside Marketing Manager Elizabeth Gomez in the Community Impact category.

As the independent voice of the equipment finance industry, Monitor’s Converge conference took place over the last two days at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The conference annually celebrates the achievements of industry professionals, while also continuing to educate on critical industry topics, such as digital transformation, bank tightening, the ‘as-a-service’ movement, etc. It’s awards gala, considered the “Oscars” of equipment finance, celebrates the “best of the best” individuals and teams in the industry as well.

A cornerstone of Fleet Advantage’s success, the Transaction Management Team has consistently demonstrated a significant level of excellence, impacting almost every department that makes up the company. Led by Vice President of Portfolio, John Rickette, CTP, CLFP, the team includes Director of Data Analytics & Corporate Development Jackie Dusseau, CLFP, Senior Fleet & Transaction Analyst Srishti Sinha, CLFP, and Fleet and Transaction Analyst Joseph Rugare. The team has excelled in understanding asset management complexities, focusing on lifecycle cost management and key metrics.

With proficiency in Fleet Advantage’s proprietary platform, ATLAAS (Advanced Truck Lifecycle Administrative Analytics Software), the Transaction Management team handles diverse projects from lease economics to database management, contributing to operational effectiveness.

“On behalf of the Transaction Management Team, we are thankful to The Monitor for this prestigious award, as it serves a testament to the dedication and hard work our team members demonstrate in every aspect of Fleet Advantage’s operations,” said Rickette. “We are grateful for the opportunity to not only serve our corporate fleet clients, but also contribute to the company’s culture, and we remain committed to delivering exceptional results.”

Additionally, Holland’s recognition as a Leader of the Year Finalist highlights how pivotal his strategic vision and leadership have been in guiding Fleet Advantage to achieve significant milestones, including exceeding $1 billion in lease originations in 2023. His commitment to employee development, innovative solutions, and sustainability initiatives has positioned Fleet Advantage as an industry leader.

Furthermore, as the Committee Chair for Fleet Advantage’s Kids Around The Corner Foundation (KATC) in addition to her marketing manager title, Gomez’s Community Impact finalist standing reflects her hands-on community work through the donations and volunteer events she coordinates on behalf of Fleet Advantage with local charities that are 501(c) organizations in communities where the company’s clients hold headquarters or distribution facilities.

“We are incredibly proud of this outstanding achievement for our Transaction Management Team, alongside Elizabeth’s and my finalist recognition,” said Holland. “Teamwork is essential to Fleet Advantage’s success and the Transaction Management Team exemplifies what it means to be a high-performance team. We congratulate them on a well-deserved recognition and look forward to building upon these successes at Converge in 2025.”
