Express Global Logistics manages power project movement from Asia to US

Express Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, India (EXG), member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) recently executed 18.450 freight tons of project cargo for a power project in US.
The freight was shipped from multiple countries namely China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Korea. Cargoes from different origins were then consolidated at Port of Ulsan, Korea and Laemchabang, Thailand onwards to Norfolk, US.
EXG also booked freight for 6 drums comprising of 545 freight tons of cargo for cargo which was shipped Ex-Shanghai. Out of total 6 drums, 2 drums were with the heaviest weight of 70 tons measuring 13.86 x 2.20 x 2.80 meter (L x W x H).
The complex project operation involved shipments from five countries, in five different shipments and involved carriage onboard four vessels. For smooth loading operation of these units, team members of the EXG project team personally visited Thailand and Korea to ensure the completion of the shipment within time frame. The EXG team displayed meticulous planning, timely co-ordination with all the vendors. The cargo loading process was completed safely and timely at the load ports due to excellent planning for loading, stowing and sea fastening.
