Earlier this month, Eurogate Logistics transported specialty cargo by road from Dormagen in Germany to Liberec, Czech Republic.
The main piece weighed 11,000kgs with dimensions of 2.71 x 3.33 x 3.22m with the other components at 4.20 x 0.76 x 1.77m (800kg), 2.40 x 0.80 x 0.80m (600kg) and 0.66 x 0.51 x 0.72m (300kg). Director at Eurogate Czech Republic, Marek Malý: "Our very important customer here in the Czech Republic asked us to find a solution for the transportation and unloading procedure at the destination plant in Liberec. After contacting our very experienced haulier partner with the required capacity, the truck was sent to be loaded. Once the loading crane was in place, everything ran perfectly and the cargo was loaded, transported and unloaded with all parties finally satisfied with the service and solutions we provided. Due to our reliable performance, we can now expect similar projects from the same customer."
