Atlantic Logistics has announced that Blair Boatright has joined the company as Manager of Specialized and Project Cargo. In this role, Boatright will lead the heavy haul division, overseeing complex moves that require a deft touch such as wind towers, blades, proton therapy equipment, and KALMAR RTCH units.
“I'm thrilled to join the Atlantic Logistics team and bring my experience to a company that values precision, innovation, and strong customer relationships,” said Boatright. “Specialized and Project Cargo moves are never one-size-fits-all, and I look forward to delivering tailored solutions that help our clients move their most challenging freight with confidence.”
“Blair knows the intricacies of Project Cargo inside and out,” added CEO Rob Hooper. “His decade-plus of industry experience will drive our Specialized division forward. We're fortunate to have him.”

Boatright previously held executive roles across various industries, ultimately choosing logistics as his 21st-century career of choice. With over 12 years of experience in the sector, he brings a fresh approach to project cargo and specialized freight; emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service, making him a perfect fit for Atlantic Logistics.
“Blair’s reputation precedes him, and I can’t say how pleased I am to have him on our team,” said Director of Operations Rex Oliver. “His experience with permits, routing, police escorts, as well as his deep understanding of not only state permitting but also the regulations of Canadian provinces will help me sleep at night, that’s for sure.”
