25-tons of urgently needed automotive parts successfully transported from Romania to Turkey by X2

Bangkok, Thailand — Automotive plants produce world-class products for customers around the globe. These companies also play an important role in the manufacturing sector of the national economy.
Any "production stops" are expensive and have both immediate and long term impact. This is why X2 Critical Member EAS Group (France and Romania) recently organized a full charter flight to transport automotive parts from Romania to Turkey.
X2 Critical members are chosen as dynamic and independent specialists in the field of time critical logistics.
Marco Muggianu, Development Director for EAS said “the operation was very difficult due to the very bad weather conditions in Romania including snow, ice and –15 degree temperatures.”
But when the cargo is "top urgent" shippers depend on professional freight forwarders like EAS to provide world class service 24/7 and 365 days per year.
Muggianu reached out to fellow X2 Critical Member Qualitair&Sea Istanbul (QAS). In collaboration they chartered an A310 Freighter and loaded the aircraft with 25-tons of automotive parts. The cargo was deemed top urgent in order to avoid any production stop in the car maker's factory.
The entire operation was prepared, shipped and arrived in less than 24 hours door to door. This was a real X2 Critical members’ success story. The network specializes in providing value added services specifically meeting the needs of the aviation, aerospace and maritime industries.
